Survive the Fall is a premium action game for PC developed by Angry Bulls Studio. It's a survival base-building adventure in a post-apocalyptic wasteland after a catastrophic calamity. In it, players will lead a team to take on all kinds of threats and attempt to create a base and new life for themselves.
Comparable to games like Project Zomboid or The Planet Crafter, Survive the Fall features open-world exploration and crafting, with combat that combines stealth and tactics mechanics. They will explore the remnants of a fallen civilization and uncover the secrets behind the tragic events that befell the planet.
Meteor strike
Survive the Fall takes place on a post-apocalyptic Earth that was almost destroyed by a devastating meteor strike. After years of harsh conditions, the planet is starting to show signs of improvement, and the possibility of restarting civilization again is at hand. Build a haven for your fellow survivors and face all kinds of dangers that lie ahead, both from nature and man.
Form a team of three and explore a perilous landscape filled with unknown dangers in search of a place to build a base. Attract other survivors and assign roles to help establish your settlement with over 30 unique structures. Go on expeditions to look for resources, and engage in real-time combat with other survivor factions while issuing commands to your squad—choose the best tactic to gain an advantage.
You will also get to unravel the history behind the planet's multiple warring factions and delve into the deep story and lore of how civilization crumbled under the force of an unstoppable cataclysm. Unfortunately, Survive the Fall suffers from multiple issues that still need to be addressed, including the game save loading bug, erratic character behavior, and various visual glitches, all of which take away from the gameplay experience.
Jumpstart civilization
All in all, Survive the Fall is an interesting base-building survival game with an intriguing story, engaging combat, and deep exploration for a compelling gameplay experience worth checking out. Sadly, there are numerous bugs that still need to be ironed out. Hopefully, they will be fixed as soon as possible. Nevertheless, give this one a try and see for yourself.
